I’ll ask you questions about updates you completed while living there and also conduct research into previous owners to compile your home’s ancestry. This step provides key insight into interesting and unique facts that could be vital in marketing your home. Next, I’ll ask you to walk me through your home as though I was a potential buyer before offering my professional opinion on small updates to be done in order to make your home more appealing to a larger range of buyers.
